Publication rules:

An accepted paper is only presented orally or in the Poster Session if one of the Authors is registered. An Author can only present orally one paper and a poster, or two posters. If no one of the Authors of an accepted paper can attend the Conference, the paper is included in the proceedings if one of the Authors pays a fee of 250€.
